This Privacy Policy applies to the Translator Keyboard: Keymi AI app and keyboard. We use information needed to provide translation, support the app, and understand how it is used.

Information collection and use

When you request a translation, the text you choose to translate and your language choices are sent for processing. If you use clipboard translation, the app processes the clipboard text you select for that feature. Translation requests and results can also be included in usage information used to operate and improve the service.

Keyboard permissions

You choose whether to add the keyboard and enable Full Access in iPhone Settings. Full Access allows the keyboard to connect to the services used for translation and usage information.

Log data

To help the app work well, we collect usage information such as the features used, selected languages, and whether a translation succeeds. An app identifier helps us understand this activity over time. We use this information to find issues and improve the experience.

Service providers

We use third-party services to provide translations, understand app usage, and manage subscription offers. These services process information needed for those purposes. App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Your choices

You can remove the keyboard in iPhone Settings and uninstall the app.

Data retention and deletion

To request deletion of information associated with your use of the app, contact us through our contact page. We may need information to locate your records and verify the request.

Children’s privacy

The app is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the request.
